THE SUBCONSCIOUS MIND
To begin, we need to understand the science behind our mindset. Once we do, we can make the changes.
We have two minds- the subconscious (the habit mind) and the conscious (the creative mind).
The subconscious started being programmed from right around the time we were born until we were about 7 years old. It gets programmed through observation. About 70% of those programs are toxic and disempowering.
At 7, our conscious mind starts forming.
However, the subconscious is the habit mind, operating at about 95% of the time and the conscious is the creative mind, working only about 5% of the time.
So no matter how hard we try to actively make changes in our lives, if the subconscious does not believe it (and most often it doesn’t because the majority of our programs are toxic), we won’t manifest those changes. Essentially, we’re living in our own matrix and we need to reprogram the program.

CHANGING YOUR MINDSET
To make habitual changes, we need to reprogram the subconscious mind. It’s easier than it sounds.
What we have to do is feed the subconscious mind with new programs. Instead of negative self-talk, speak kindly to yourself.
We also need to be aware of the stories we tell ourselves. Sometimes, these stories are so deeply ingrained, that we may not even be aware of them.
The more you practice becoming aware of your stories, the easier this gets. Start with the obvious stories you know aren’t serving you. As you replace those thoughts, other limiting beliefs will come to the surface. And just keep working through them- you got this.
You can also sign up for the Mind Body Soul course (we cover the subconscious mind) to become an upgraded version of yourself and build an inner empire.
Remember, the subconscious mind is the habit mind. So you need to consistently feed it with a new program until it becomes a reality.
Make this your new ritual, even if you only have a few minutes a day. It’s also best to reprogram your subconscious mind right before you go to sleep or when you first wake up. That’s because we’re in theta state, when the subconscious mind is most relaxed and receptive.
