You know the in-between phase- the part where you no longer vibe with the old version of yourself, but you’re also not quite where you want to be? 

There’s a part of you that absolutely trusts and has faith that your desired reality IS happening. But, you also can’t help but jump to conclusions every so often and think that maybe you’re being delusional about everything.

I mean, how can you not fall into a spiral at times? You’ve been patient, probably for far longer than you’re used to. You’ve sat with your pain, as uncomfortable as it got. And you’ve taken the time to get really honest with yourself. 

Then, there’s also the moments of anger and frustration that things haven’t happened yet. And then you get mad at yourself for being angry because you should be more grateful for what you have, or it isn’t “high vibe” to feel that way, or any other reason why you think you can’t be angry. 

In those moments of negativity, we have a choice. We can either allow the negativity to dictate our reality, or we can bring ourselves back into alignment with our future. 

There will be times when we choose negativity, and that’s ok. 

When you make a choice to be in a lower vibrational energy, it isn’t necessarily that you consciously don’t want good things to happen for you, you just haven’t witnessed enough good things to happen to believe in it. 

Our brains are wired to believe we can’t get what we want because that’s what we believe. But, we can also train our brains to believe that we can and do have everything we want. It’s just going to take some time to train our brains to think differently.

Start believing that good things will happen for you. Make it your mantra. And with time, your brain will believe that good things can and will happen. Your brain finds ways to prove you right- whether you’re thinking worst case scenarios or best case scenarios. 

But don’t just think good thoughts. Let your life reflect those good thoughts.

Create little moments with yourself- declare that you’re going to have an amazing day when you wake up in the morning, feel the warmth of the sun of your skin when you’re out for a walk, open the windows and allow the fresh air in, express gratitude throughout the day, savor the little moments, treat your life like you’re already living your dream life, and find reasons to smile. 

It’s about filling that void within ourselves so that we can create our own destiny instead of waiting for something in our external reality to change it for us. And, yes, miracles can happen any time. But, we have to be in the right mindset and energy to receive those miracles. So, take a step each day that takes you out of the in between and into the reality you desire.
