Seventh pillar of success: Be a BADASS

seventh pillar of success- be a BADASS

We’re in the final phase of this, the seventh pillar of success. Which is all about being a BADASS.

In staying true to form, I have to give you the intro for the why I created these pillars. So, we’ll start with that. Then we’ll get into the most fun phase of the principles.

Bring in the love and magic

I’m so excited to be sharing what I’m about to with you today.  If you’re not familiar with my website and ethos, it’s all about love and magic.

My mission is to make the world a better place through healing.  The more we heal, the more we love.  The more we love, the better the world becomes.  When that happens, we can witness all the magic that we’re blessed with on a daily basis.

Being infatuated with the world of the esoteric since I was a little girl, traveling the spiritual path is more than a passion for me; it’s a lifestyle.  In fact, I traveled into the abyss of my darkness for several years before I was able to find the light.

The only constant that I had when the going got tough was my faith.  The faith in a higher power, the faith that things would eventually get better, and eventually, faith in myself.

Through my trials and tribulations, I learned a great deal about myself.  Hugely, that I am in a perpetual state of manifesting.  Well, we all are.

With this epiphany, my entire life changed- it was finally about freaking time!

Throughout this beautifully and sometimes pretty messy journey, I’ve applied spiritually based principles fueled with motivation to inspire my own journey and to start living my life according to what I wanted rather than living a life of what others expected of me.

It’s been incredibly rewarding, gratifying, and liberating.

Now it’s my turn to pay it forward.

The seventh pillar of success: Be a BADASS

If you apply these methods to your everyday life on a consistent basis, your attitude towards yourself and your life will shift drastically.  So, keep that in mind every time that you’re tempted to wave the white flag.

You’re not allowed to quit on yourself…make it a mantra.

That’s why I’m here…to share the seven principles of success.  When you apply these, you’ll ultimately bring in more love and magic to your life.

If you’ve been keeping along with the principles, then you owe a huge applaud to yourself.    Your determination for a better you a better life speaks immense volumes.  You WILL get to where you want to be.

If you have absolutely no idea what I’m talking about, you can check out the first six pillars of success here…mindset, goal setting, find your why, take accountability and inventory, work your butt off, diet and exercise.

The seventh pillar of success is bar none my favorite because it’s all about you being who you are and nothing less than that.

Of course, improvements will always be made when you’re climbing the ranks of your own life, but you do have to remain true to who you are in the process.  The best part is, that you get to be you while celebrating who you are.

A BADASS knows that perfection is unattainable because perfection is already in this moment.

Through the fluctuations and evolutions of yourself, you grow each day into the person you’re meant to be.  A BADASS also knows their strengths and weaknesses and works to enhance their strengths while minimally focusing on their weaknesses.

For example, say you’re starting an internet based business.  If your strength happens to be the gift of gab while your weakness is not being tech savvy, prioritize your strength.  Focus on engaging with people while outsourcing someone to work on the tech side of things.

If you don’t have the money to pay for someone to handle your site, get creative.  Network and see if you can barter services.  Use this seventh pillar of success and rock it.

The bottom line is to not allow your weakness to become shortcomings.  We all have strengths and weaknesses.  It’s just about how we view them and being self-aware enough to not allow our inability to do something to hinder our growth.

In order to flourish and thrive in a dog eat dog world, being you is what’s going to get you much farther in life than someone who appears to be disingenuous.  Not to mention, it’s so boring and bland to try and emulate someone else.

The worst thing that you can do for your morale is to compare yourself to someone else.

Only worry about you.  You’re all that matters in the journey of where you wish to be.

In order to get ahead, you have to stay ahead of the mental games.  No more thinking about anyone and how you compare to them.  You are the BADASS and don’t have the time to entertain this sort of thing anymore.

What that doesn’t mean is to cower to others.  It’s important that you know when to pick and choose your battles.  If someone is insulting your character and integrity, I’m all for ripping them you a new one. A guru will most definitely tell you otherwise, but I’m not one🤗

You may be traveling the spiritual path, but it doesn’t mean that you’re a pushover.  You’re not here to pacify.  You’re here to learn who you are while authentically standing behind your convictions. There’s a huge difference between being spiritually minded and being a spineless doormat.

A BADASS stands up for themselves and aren’t prisoners to others.

Which means that you have to take charge of your emotions so that you can take charge of your life.  Be smart and use common sense.

I can’t deny that common sense may be the least common of the senses but you’re reading this.  Which means you at least have the judgment to better yourself on some capacity.  Therefore you know when to stand down and when to stand up.

You also know when to surrender and when to conquer.  Not every battle is worth fighting.  It’s your job to determine which ones are worth fighting for.

A BADASS is proactive about their life while respecting their own boundaries and limits.

Sitting on the couch waiting for the right person to magically appear isn’t going to happen.  You also can’t daydream and wish you’re someone different without actively making the changes.  You most certainly cannot begrudge the debt you’re in without making an attempt to pay them off.

This seventh pillar of success is all about you standing in your power, but more importantly, owning every part of yourself. Own up to everything, which is what a BADASS does.  Develop a game plan for the life you want.  Be specific and act upon it.

Don’t keep making lists of what you need to do without even scratching the surface of it.  Start doing.  Stop adding to the list if you need to just so you can catch up.

This isn’t about overwhelming yourself.   Don’t wait for opportunity to come knocking on your door.  Create the opportunity and knock down the damn door.

Be the warrior of your own life because you are one.

You are a BADASS…know it, feel it, own it.

There you have it…the tenets to be the best damn version of yourself to slay away those goals of yours.  While it’s important to consistently strive for growth, the key to all of this is your happiness.  If you’re not going to be happy doing something you don’t love, there’s really no point in doing it at all.

It becomes a life without passion and dreams without purpose.   So make sure that whatever you set out to do, do it wholeheartedly.

There you have it…the seventh pillar of success to create more love and magic in your life.

When you use these foundational tools, you will witness your entire world changing before your eyes. Soon enough, the love and magic will be flowing in.

How have you been working with these seven principles? Let me know in the comments below.

See ya soon.

In the meantime, stay zenspired!
