That’s right-once you raise your vibration, what you want will start to appear in your life. That’s really how the law of attraction and the law of vibration works for you and also the easiest way to bring things into your existence.
Raising your vibration starts with your energy, not your thoughts.
The truth is our thoughts don’t create our realities. Our thoughts become energies which will then physically manifest. So, even if you choose to have a positive thought, but your energy isn’t in alignment with the thought, you’re not gonna vibe on a higher level.
You know those times when you’re smiling at someone but secretly fuming? Yup…your smile isn’t doing the work. The energy behind it is.
It’s all about bringing your energy to a higher level so that you can start attracting what you do want rather than what you don’t want, which is what it’s all about today.

Cut down on refined sugar

Which means that every time we put refined sugars in our bodies, we start to develop a need for it. Eventually, leading to mood swings and lower vibrational energies. Not to mention, an addiction.
I get it…it’s so simple and yet, so difficult to cut out. But, it’s also what’s needed for the sake of raising your vibration. We all know about the “sugar crash,” which contributes to lowering your vibration. If you want to vibe higher, consuming sugar won’t help the cause.

If you do happen to be suffering from a sugar addiction and want to quit cold turkey, it can take your body up to 3 days to recover from withdrawal so be gentle with yourself.

Connect to your heart

- Take one hand or both and place it/them over your heart.
- When you do, you’ll bring your own vibration into one of love.
- Keep your hand(s) there for as long as you need to and do it whenever you need a boost of higher vibes.

Let ALL of your emotions out
Hoarding emotions is what causes our energy to vibrate at a lower level which is the opposite of what you want. Which means that if you want to raise your vibration, you need to allow every single emotion to surface.
Whatever emotion you’re feeling is there for a reason no matter how irrational or illogical you think you’re being. So, let it all out.

If you take claim of only doing one thing you’ve been putting off, you will instantly raise your vibration. But, there’s a catch. Only do one small thing for now. It can be a phone call you have to return, an email you have to respond to, paying a bill. Anything that’s only going to require a few minutes of your time.
You’ll feel so much more accomplished once you get it taken care of. That energy of not doing the one thing you’ve been putting off has been trapped in your body with nowhere to go. So, when you take care of it, the negative energies are being released, which allows your energetic body to give way for fresher energies and in turn, uplifting vibrations.
Now that you’ve gotten rid of one thing, you’re going to purge one thing. Which brings me to the next step.
Purge one thing
We all have it…whether it be a junk drawer, clothes we no longer wear, beauty products that are sitting on the bathroom shelf collecting dust, piles of paperwork, etc.
The more you look at it and know you have to get rid of some stuff only keeps building within you. Eventually, depleting you of any positive vibrations. Which is why purging one thing will instantly raise your vibration.

- Did you have a favorite beach vacay when you were growing up? Buy a candle that smells like the beach and sand. Even if you don’t light it up, you can just bask in the aroma of it every time you need a little pick me up.
- Did your mom used to have the most fragrant flowers and that makes you nostalgic of the good old days? Use an essential oil in that floral scent. All you have to do is use an aromatherapy diffuser or just inhale the scent straight from the bottle.
- Do you enjoy going to used bookstores or libraries because of the scent of used books? Keep a used book on you and indulge in the scent when you want to raise your Vibration.
Use your imagination on this one. Any scent that you know is going to bring on the pozzy vibes deserves to be in your arsenal of tools.
