There was something about the winter solstice, kind of like we got an early new year. The energy feels exciting but also really grounded, safe, and stable.
So, to keep this momentum going, I wanted to share with you a blueprint for goals. It’s actually from a few posts written in December. I was looking at them and realized that this is the energy we need to carry with us- equal parts faith and heart centered action.
This is the theme for 2025- to come back home to ourselves instead of listening to the negative self-talk and what society tells us. We’ve outgrown so much of that already so we just need a gentle nudge in the right direction.
We’re beginning to trust ourselves and the Universe/God more. We’re stepping out of needing to see it to believe it, and coming to the understanding that when we believe it, we’ll see it. And that’s a really beautiful thing- to walk in faith and intuition.
Carry that in your heart for the next year (and beyond). Let it deepen your resolve. Because this isn’t about being the best. It’s about living a life that’s aligned with who you want to become. And that makes it so much better than being the best or perfect.
For the times you forget or doubt what you’re working towards, remember this:
you’ve come too far to stay where you are. The hard part’s over. It’s time to rise into your highest self.

Before we get started, I put a few mantras below. They’ll help you to come back to the present moment when your mind is determined to make things as difficult as possible. So if you’re ever feeling down or you’re questioning your path or you’re just full of doubt, the following mantras will help to anchor you.
I CHOOSE:
The elevated, healed version of myself.
To keep it simple.
To be kind to myself.
ASK THESE QUESTIONS:
The biggest challenge with goals isn’t the goal itself, it’s believing in ourselves enough to pursue our dreams. So what we need to do is shatter any illusions of limitations and beliefs that prevent us from growing.
We also have to know what we want. It seems obvious, but it isn’t. At least, not when we’ve been conditioned by what society says are worthy and desirable goals, which becomes what we think we want, not what we actually want. The following questions are going to help you figure out where you’re at and where you hope to be.
TIP: Don’t dismiss what you write. Come back repeatedly to your answers. It’ll help to keep you motivated and remind you of what you’re working for.
- What are you ready to release?
- What inner truths do you want to rewrite?
- Do you still carry hope in your heart? If not, why?
- What’s your word and why?
- What would you like to bring in this new year?
- What is the most elevated version of yourself like?
- How do you want to be remembered?
- If you could only be described in one word, what do you want it to be?
- What do you secretly want but don’t say out loud?
- If you didn’t have anything holding you back, what would you do? What would your life look like?
- When was the last time you felt alive other than your pain reminding you that you’re still breathing?
12 DAYS OF WISHES
Sometimes we get so fearful asking for what we want because what if we get rejected, what if it’s too frivolous, or what if we do actually get what we want? We create so many “what if” scenarios, that it’s just easier and less mentally taxing to not ask for more or better. So we settle.
But we need to take ourselves seriously because we are worth our own investment. We also need to be lighthearted, nurture the child within, and create meaning in our lives as we pursue our dreams. Which is where the 12 days of wishes come in. You can grab the tutorial here.

WHAT’S YOUR WORD?
There’s going to be days when you question why you’re putting in so much effort without seeing the results. That’s where your word comes in. It’s going to serve as a reminder that you’re not allowed to quit on yourself because on the other side of doubt and frustration is everything you’re working your ass off for. Giving up is a hard limit.
Your word is an energy you want to embody, inspiring you to commit to yourself and your growth. It’s going to be your serenity in the chaos and conflict. The more you come back to your word, the more of an anchor it becomes for you.
You don’t have to pick it right now if it doesn’t feel right. You can also change your word whenever you feel you’ve outgrown it. But, it needs to mean something.
May this be the year you believe in yourself, believe in the impossible, and believe in miracles.
I’ll see you soon…in the meantime, love yourself so much that even a Hallmark Christmas movie would be jealous.
