When life is busy, it can get pretty difficult to maintain a love and magic soul-care schedule. But, this is the one thing that can’t be sacrificed if you want to live a life filled with happiness, health, and abundance.
Being spiritually nutritious is the building block for all aspects of your life to feel balanced. That means taking some “me time” to get grounded. After all, love and magic starts within to manifest what you desire.
If you think that you don’t have the time to maintain a soul-care schedule, think again. We all have 24 hours in one day. How we choose to use that time is our prerogative, but sometimes it can be to our detriment.
You don’t have to spend five hours a day for TLC. All you need is between twenty to thirty minutes in the morning followed by another round in the evening. With a few extra doses thrown in here and there.
Say you spend a total of one hour of your day devoted to soul-care, that’s only 4% of your day! Surely, you can spend that little bit of time to care for yourself, can’t you?
Love & magic soul care
Or maybe you don’t know where to start, with the plethora of options there are to devote some quality time to yourself.
I’ve got you covered with this schedule. It will leave you feeling zen in no time.
Let’s get started, shall we?
- Energy cleanse
- Tarot card pull
How you spend your morning determines what’s to come for the remainder of the day.
If you want your life to sparkle with love and magic, expressing gratitude first thing in the morning will set your day on the right foot and eventually, your life. You can even express your gratitude in your journaling practice.
Get your zen on
All you need is five minutes of journaling, meditation, and yoga each morning. Doing it longer is ideal but if you’re on a time crunch, fifteen minutes total will suffice.
Think you don’t have what it takes to meditate? Think again. ANYTHING can be meditation. It’s just how you perceive it.
Meditation doesn’t necessarily mean that you have to sit in a lotus pose with your pinky and index fingers joined with the backs of your hands resting on your knees while your eyes are closed. You can meditate while you’re doing yoga or even while you’re in the shower. All it requires is for you to be mindful and observe the thoughts coming in.
Just improvise with your schedule so that you can kill two birds with one stone here and there. The more you infuse your life with acts of soul-care, the more you love yourself.
Cleanse your aura
After you get your mind and body moving, it’s important to give yourself a cleanse, both spiritually and energetically. It’s to protect yourself from other energies that you certainly don’t want to infiltrate your aura.
Sage, palo santo, copal, and even a selenite wand works wonders. All you need is a quick swipe on both the front and back sides of your body, which takes a total of one minute.
Ask the cards
A morning routine just isn’t complete without pulling a tarot card of the day if you ask me. And drawing a tarot card each day takes less than a minute of your time.
Now, tarot is not set in stone. It’s just energies that are playing out in your life, which you have the power to alter anytime you wish. Tarot merely acts as a form of guidance to better prepare you.
With that said, a great way to get your day on the right track is to ask the cards what messages you need to hear right now. You can either shuffle the deck and pick a card or you can shuffle and allow a card to fly out. The latter is my go to choice because I know that those are messages from the Divine.
With this morning routine, you’ll be conquering your day like a true spiritual warrior, allowing the doors of love and magic to open with infinite possibilities for you.
Let’s move onto your evening routine, which is pretty much a repeat of the morning. We’re striving for simplicity. The simpler it is, the easier life is.
- Energy cleanse
Having an evening routine is just as important, if not more than a morning one. How we go to sleep at night is how we will wake up the next morning. All it is is one continuous cycle. The more you get into the repetition of taking care of your soul, the more ritualistic it becomes.
A long day at the office can leave you feeling depleted of every ounce of energy, which is why giving yourself an energy cleanse should start off your evening routine. Throughout the course of the day, your body has picked up energies from everywhere and everyone you crossed paths with, whether you’re aware of it or not.
Giving yourself a quick swipe with sage, palo santo, copal, or a selenite wand will remove any toxicity that’s accrued throughout the day. Even some aromatherapy with essential oils will soothe your soul.
Purge your thoughts
Journaling at night is so amazing, especially after a stressful day. You can purge the day’s annoyances onto paper which is a powerful form of therapy.
When this becomes a part of your love and magic soul-care schedule, you will see just how petty some things are. I’m definitely not saying that you’re petty, but you will learn to not sweat the small stuff through nighttime journaling.
Yoga and meditation are also great stress relievers and you can even do it while you’re in bed. Unwind to reclaim your zen. With just five minutes each of yoga and meditation, you will sleep like a baby and wake up feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
Count your blessings
The very last thing you want to do before you close your eyes is to express gratitude for the abundance that life has to offer you. You don’t have to say a hundred different things if you don’t want to, but at least say three things you feel blessed for.
That wasn’t too strenuous of a morning and evening soul-care routine, was it? And it shouldn’t be. Life is already complicated enough. Taking care of yourself shouldn’t be.
Aside from having a daily love & magic soul-care schedule, adding extra doses here and there will improve your quality of living.
Once a week
- Energy healing
- Cleansing your home
- Protecting your home
Having a weekly energy healing session has profound effects on your spiritual health.
According to ancient traditions, when emotions haven’t been processed, they get stored in the body’s organs. Ultimately, leading to dis-ease because it’s all in the mind-body connection.
They are not two separate entities because they are one in the same. What goes on in the mind will impact your physical health.
In order to stay in tip top shape, you want to make sure that you’re taking some time once a week to remove the energetic junk that’s been stored in your body.
To do this, you can check out YouTube for free energy healings (just type in energy healing). Or, if you would prefer to have more personalised and individualized healing, check this (ADD ENERGY HEALING) out. An hour is the most ideal amount of time, but if you can only spare 15 minutes, so be it. Anything is better than nothing.
Give your home a spiritual detox
Aside from your body and mind, you want to make sure that your home is free of negative energies.
Without energy cleansings in your home, well, your home won’t exactly feel like a sanctuary. That energy becomes stagnant and will not allow newness to enter.
It’s so easy to do this and takes about five minutes. Open your windows and doors to ensure that the negative energies have a place to escape. Smudge your home with palo santo, sage, copal, or a selenite wand.
This should be done on a weekly basis so that there is always an ebb and flow of energy.
Protect your haven
You also want to make sure that your home is being protected from negative energies entering because your home is your temple.
Salt is the perfect way to attain this. I’m pretty sure that it’s something you already have on hand and it’s dirt cheap.
Different salts have different benefits but any salt will do the job because they all act as a purifier of energies. Having been used for hundreds of years in witchcraft, salt has withstood the test of time as the holy grail tool for protection.
All you need to do is sprinkle the outside entrances of your home with salt. If you live in an apartment building, you can keep a small bowl filled with salt by the front door so that negative energies get stored in there and not carried all over your apartment.
Salting, like smudge should be done once a week.
Giving your home some spiritual TLC isn’t time consuming or taxing and it provides you with a boost of serenity by allowing fresh energies to enter. Take care of your soul by nourishing your environment.
No love and magic soul-care would be complete without moon rituals.
New Moon ritual
If you’re not familiar with working with the moon, you’re in for a real treat. The new moon in ancient astrology is a time for relaxing whereas modern astrology uses this moon phase to manifest.
I honor the ancient wisdom because after working with both theories for several years, I’ve noticed that the times to purge are more potent during the new moon.
Release with the new moon
Conducting a new moon ritual epitomizes a love and magic soul-care session because you get to harness the powers of the divine feminine energies while tending to yourself.
For a step by step ritual for the new moon, check this out. You’ll get everything you need to create a successful and relaxing evening at home.
Working with the moon also means using the full moon’s energies to attract your desires. Which brings me to how you can incorporate more moon magic into your life.
Full moon love and magic soul-care
It can’t be all about releasing without any manifestation work. Which is what the full moon is for; to hone in on your desires.
This is all about having an equilibrium. When you release, you’re opening yourself to receive. And vice versa. The more you can balance the energies of releasing and receiving, the more nourishment your providing for your soul.
Manifest with the full moon
Because the moon is at its most illuminated, this makes it an ideal time to work with the divine feminine energies to reign in what you want. For a step by step full moon manifestation ritual, check this out.
Incorporating a full moon ritual into your love and magic soul-care routine is such a powerful way to deepen your spiritual practices, all the while giving you extra doses of love and magic.
Last but not least, working with the seasonal shifts is the perfect companion for a deeper relationship with yourself. Our bodies are constantly shifting through aging, eating, and environmental toxins.
When you make the time to take a reprieve from your daily routines with a break, you give your body a chance to recalibrate.
Think about your phone and your computer. Every so often, you need to do a system update to make sure all the internal mechanisms are functioning properly so that it doesn’t affect your phone or computer’s performance. It’s routine maintenance.
The same goes for you. If you would take the time to care for your electronics, which are only AI, then you should take the time to care for your mind, body, and soul through some light detoxing with each change of the season.
With this gentle weekend detox schedule, you can create your very own retreat right in the comfort of your home. The best part is that you don’t have to starve yourself because this detox encourages you to eat.
At the start of each Equinox or Solstice, devote a couple of days to yourself. Connect with yourself. Live up to your expectations and standards.
Love yourself enough to give your body a break every few months.
Use this soul-care schedule and witness the transformation in your mind and body. The more you take the time to nurture yourself, the more love you have for yourself. When you love yourself, the doors of magic open for you.
But don’t just believe me. Try it out for yourself and watch a new world unfold.

See ya soon,
In the meantime, stay zenspired!
