We all come across social media posts about how we should have positive thoughts only because that will create our reality and how we should banish all negativity from our existence. While that seems so magical, and it truly is, sometimes it seems downright near impossible to think in a positive manner. Especially, when it feels like your life is crumbling before your very eyes.
While there’s so much truth to thinking positive and removing negativity from your life, we don’t live in a world filled with love and compassion. Actually, from far it depending on where you live. But, that doesn’t mean that it can’t be done. Because it can. And in a really simple and effective manner.
The more that we spread our own wealth of happiness, the better the world becomes. Notice that when you’re in the jolliest of moods, EVERYONE around you is impacted in an upbeat and positive manner? Because you’re flourishing on all aspects and it’s contagious and infectious. Also notice that when you’re down in the dumps, you attract crappy circumstances into your own life?
We vibrate on an energetic level that can be felt by those around us; even strangers. So, if you wanna nail that job interview, snag that client, or even win the heart of the object of your affection, your energy needs to be in alignment of what you want to bring into your life rather than repel it. And that starts with vibing at a higher level.
Here’s where I’d like to break it down for you so that you can start vibing higher in no time. With just a few simple techniques at your disposal, you’ll start to attract more of what you want. That’s right-once you elevate your own vibration, what you want will start to appear in your life. That’s really how the law of attraction works for you and also the easiest way to bring things into your existence.
First and foremost, our thoughts don’t create our realities. Our thoughts become energies which will then physically manifest. So, even if you have a positive thought, but your energy isn’t in alignment with the thought, you’re not gonna vibe on a higher level.
Just how do we elevate our train of thought so that we can be in alignment with the Universe?
Here are a few ways to get you started:
1- Cut down on sugar
Sugar is seven times more addictive than cocaine. Read that again. Let it sink in. Which means that every time we put refined sugars in our bodies, we start to develop a need for it. Thus, leading to mood swings. You don’t have to completely cut sugar out of your diet right here and right now. But, try it out once a week and see just how much happier you become without it. And it won’t just be for today. You’ll see a shift in your mood tomorrow as well. If you do happen to be suffering from a sugar addiction, it could take your body up to 3 days to recover from withdrawal so be gentle with yourself. This is so simple, and yes, sometimes so difficult to cut out, but it’s also effective in your own energy levels. We all know about the “sugar crash” so enough said about this. Let’s get onto the next one.
2- Place your hand on your heart
It’s really simple and can even be done while you’re working. Take one hand or both and place it/them over your heart. When you do, you’ll bring your own vibration into one of love. Keep your hand(s) there for as long as you need to and do it whenever you need a boost of higher vibes. Getting into your own heart center raise your vibration to a level of love and compassion. And when you get there, you exude it outwards. You’re no longe operating from a place of self-interest, but wanting to be in service to others. I’m not by any means stating anyone that’s currently reading this is shallow and egocentric, but when you take the time to connect with yourself, you become more focused on what you can do for others rather than how what you’re striving for is going to serve you. Thinking about your contribution to the world and how impactful you can be comes from the heart rather than the mind. Try this exercise out and see how it dramatically shifts you way of thinking and doing things.
3- Let ALL of your emotions out
You may be thinking that this is counterproductive, but just you wait. If you’re angry, feel it. If you need to cry, allow the tears to flow. If you need to scream, do it. Whatever emotion that you’re facing is there for a reason. But don’t take it out on someone. And it’s not irrational or illogical for you to be feeling what you feel. So, let it all out. When you do, you’ll feel so much calmer and collected. Versus the 10 minutes ago when you were on the precipice of a World War in your own mind. Just allow everything to come. After, take a step back and ask yourself why you felt the way you did. Usually, it tends to be our lack of control over a situation. From there, you can catch the thoughts as they come and eventually, learn that it’s really there as a lesson for you to overcome. And then, the thoughts aren’t as prevalent in your life as they used to be. Hoarding emotions is what causes our energy to vibrate at a much lower level. Realizing our emotions, on the other hand is healthy and vital for our well-being. So, if you’re feeling less than stellar, let it all out without impacting someone else in a negative manner.
Yes it can be that easy. We live in a world that absolutely insists on complicating things, but it doesn’t have to be that way. Just using a few simple tools and techniques will reshape your mind, your thinking, and ultimately your life in a much more abundant way. When you vibrate at higher energy levels, you’ll attract what you do want into your life at a much more rapid pace.
All you have to do is skimp on the sugar in your morning cup of Joe, or even add a natural sweetener such as monk fruit, connect to your heart center, and take control of your emotions by giving into your emotions.
